Supporting Mental Health in Ireland
We have been supporting individuals affected by mental health issues for over 30 years; people who experience a variety of mental health problems ranging from anxiety, and depression to schizophrenia, bi-polar and personality disorders.
We believe that anyone experiencing a Mental Health condition should be supported in their recovery journey, in a community setting that works for them, to live the life they choose. We provide a range of accommodation and support services, including; supported living, domiciliary care, day activity, counselling and befriending services.
The befriending services are particularly effective for people who have all the practical skill for community living, but experience loneliness and isolation helping to address these issues.
Clongriffin Day Service took part in a fantastic visit to the Wayfinding Centre in Dublin. 🌍
Learning through real-life experiences helped build confidence, independence and community connections and it was clear how much everyone enjoyed the day! ✨
