Cnoc an Dara is a service that provides high quality care for a young woman with acquired brain injury and mental ill health who may display some behaviours that can challenge.
We assist her to maintain family relationships and build healthy relationships with peers and organisations in the local community.
We support her to maintain her independence, help with medication needs and assist with general daily living activities such as preparing meals and going shopping.
