Praxis Care’s Response to the Muckamore Abbey Hospital Inquiry Report

The 18th June marks a deeply sad and difficult day in Northern Ireland, as the Muckamore Abbey Hospital Inquiry report is published.

Our thoughts are with everyone who experienced harm at Muckamore, and their families, who have carried the weight of this for so many years.

Senior representatives from Praxis Care attended the report launch today to listen, reflect and recognise the courage of those who spoke out.

We will take the necessary time to fully consider the findings of this report. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and cared for. We are committed to championing change and to helping make Northern Ireland a place where high-quality, compassionate care is the standard – everywhere.
