The Croft Supported Living is a supported accommodation service in Newtownabbey for up to 24 adults with an early stage diagnosis of dementia who have assessed care and housing needs that make independent living difficult.
The service offers 24 one- and two-bedroom apartments with staff support available 24/7 in close proximity. Each self-contained apartment includes a separate kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Communal lounge areas are also available.
Tenants can enjoy a beautiful sensory garden onsite, as well as individual garden spaces outside each flat.
This service is funded by The Northern Trust, Supporting People, and self-funding.
Referrals must come through members of the HPSS Trust or the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. Enquiries to the service are welcome to assist and schedule visits.
