Park Avenue provides residential care with supported living to four adult males diagnosed with mild intellectual disability. Park Avenue is a low support unit which empowers the residents to live fulfilled meaningful independent lives in their community. Park Avenue supports the residents to maintain their employment in the community whilst continuing to develop daily living skills.
