SERVICES OFFERED: Mental Health
Shine On is a step-down service paired with our Plasden Court service in Wythenshawe, Manchester. The service supports individuals who are leaving Plasden Court with the transition to living independently in the community.
We provide:
- short-term Monday to Friday 9-5 Floating Support services delivered to individuals in their homes to maximise independence with housing-related support. This is for approximately 18 months.
- Support to further develop independent living skills, tenancy related skills, mental health management with a view to move onto more independence.
Shine on is in close proximity to good transport links into Manchester, Altrincham and Stockport.
Shine on is also in close proximity to local shops, doctors, and South Manchester hospital.
This service is funded by Manchester City Council.
