North West Supported Living service is based in Derry/Londonderry. This service provides bespoke packages of care and support to individuals with a learning disability/behaviours that challenge/living with autism in their own home. The emphasis is on promoting independence and creating opportunities so the person is part of their local community accessing resources as other citizens. This service is available 24/7.

We provide support services delivered to individuals in their homes to maximise independence with housing-related support.
