Mulhuddart

Mulhuddart Day Service supports adults located in Mulhuddart Village, Dublin 15. We currently support 25 young adults with autism and/or intellectual disabilities in their local community.

We provide a New Directions approach with interesting, fulfilling and varied activities for individuals to develop their skills and enjoy a social atmosphere during the day.

We are walking distance to Blanchardstown Shopping Centre to access the local shops, cafes and restaurants as well as activities such as bowling, cinema and arcade machines. There are additionally a number of walks close by such as St Catherine’s Park, Phoenix Park and Millennium Park.

Adults attending the day service enjoy a range of activities such as swimming, horse riding, hiking, walking, classes, music therapy, arts and crafts, cooking, beauty, movies and bowling. We teach functional everyday living skills such as money management, crossing the road, travel training, household tasks, cooking and cleaning.

We can also support individuals who would like to gain volunteering or paid employment.

This service is funded by HSE.
