Praxis Care provides a full range of care and support needs for a maximum of 6 residents aged 18 or older with an intellectual disability / mental health issues.
Metges comprises of 2 separate apartments. 1 residential and 1 supported living which provides housing and support to 6 residents at its full capacity. Metges Road apartment is located in Navan, Co. Meath.
The service is funded by HSE. Referrals can be made professionals such as statutory key workers, GPs and social workers.
