Kimberley Supported Living Service provides support for adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
Support includes:
- Daily living and tenancy skills
- Building routines and relationships
- Accessing healthcare and wellbeing resources
- Engaging in social, leisure, and community activities
This service works in partnership with the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust and Supporting People programme.
