SERVICES OFFERED: Learning Disabilities
Kesh Supported Living Services provide care and support to adults with a learning disability, some of whom may present with behaviours that challenge.
The service supports individuals to live as independently as possible within their own homes, across both a core group setting at The Willows and dispersed properties in the local area. Support is person-centred and tailored to individual needs, enabling people to develop daily living skills, increase independence, and participate in community life.
The service provides staff support 24/7 where required, and works in close partnership with local Health and Social Care Trusts. This service is delivered in partnership with the Supporting People programme.
