Foyle CONNECTS is a community-based day service for adults with learning disabilities in Derry/Londonderry. The service supports up to 35 individuals through meaningful, skill-building, and social activities aimed at enhancing independence and wellbeing.

Activities include:

  • Cross community engagement
  • Environmental & sustainability projects
  • Music & drama
  • Nutrition & physical activity focused on maintaining & enhancing wellbeing
  • Creative arts including painting, pottery
  • Educational & skills development programmes
  • Charitable activities – being part of & giving back to our own community

This service is funded by the Western Trust.

Referrals can be made by professionals such as statutory keyworkers, GPs, social workers.
