Forest Hill Supported Living Services provide tailored housing and support across several small homes in Conlig for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Properties include shared three-bedroom homes and single-tenancy accommodation, each designed to promote independence while ensuring 24-hour staff support.
People are supported to:
- Manage their home and health
- Build life skills and confidence
- Take part in local community activities
While based in the South Eastern Health and Social Care trust area, the service is delivered in close collaboration with local Health and Social Care Trusts across Northern Ireland and Supporting People programme.
