Referrals
Referrals for most services are made through professionals such as statutory keyworkers, commissioners, GPs and social workers.
Drumconrath Day Service provides New Directions-led supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
The services are centrally located and within walking distance of local amenities. There are currently 4 individuals using this service. Individual activity plans are individualised and meaningful with a combination of both in scheme and community activities.
The people we support are encouraged to develop daily living skills in line with their wishes/needs, along with developing community links and engaging in a variety of community activities that are meaningful and person-centred to each individuals.
This service is funded by the HSE. Referrals can be made by the HSE.
