Praxis Care Crobally House supports adults with autism.
The service provides adults with a range of levels of support.
We provide:
- Respite services for 35 individuals.
- Residential care for 2 individuals.
- Supports from a multi-disciplinary team including PBS, OT and SALT.
We are based in the village of Mogeely in East Cork. The residential house sits proudly on the top of the hill overlooking beautiful countryside. We can provide support for up to 4 individuals a night for respite.
Crobally House is a registered provider under the Health Inspection Quality Authority.
This service is funded by the HSE
Referrals can be made by the HSE Disability Manager.
