Coleraine and Magherafelt Supported Living Services deliver a range of housing-related and community-based support to adults with dementia, mental ill health, or complex needs across the Coleraine, Ballymoney, and Magherafelt areas. Support is provided in individuals’ own homes and through community-based services.
Support Includes:
- Floating Support – Dementia (Coleraine): Supports 29 adults with dementia in their own homes in the Coleraine area for up to 2 years.
- Older People Mental Health (Coleraine & Ballymoney): Supports 25 older adults (aged 55+) with mental ill health in their own homes for up to 2 years.
- Magherafelt Dispersed Intensively Supported Housing (DISH): Provides intensive housing support to 15 adults with complex needs in their own homes in the Magherafelt area (available 9am–9pm, 7 days a week).
- Home Response (Magherafelt): Delivers domiciliary care to 13 adults in their own homes.
- Befriending Service (Magherafelt): Volunteer-led service supporting 22 adults in the community through social visits and companionship. The service is funded by Northern Health and Social Care Trust and Supporting People Programme.
