Foyle Stepdown Service

Foyle Stepdown is an 8-place mental health
service delivering low-level care (approximately
3 hours per week) in individuals’ own homes
to enable them to successfully live within their
community by maintaining their wellbeing.
The service is commissioned by the Western
HSCT and can offer a transition between higher
support/care services and full independence.
