Birmingham Supported Living Service is a supported living service for adults located in Birmingham.

Praxis Care’s services in Birmingham are providing innovative and bespoke packages of care to some of the most vulnerable people in the area who are experiencing dual diagnoses of Learning Disability and Mental Health illnesses.  The majority of people we support will have been in long term institutional placements and will require an extended period of readjustment to community living – this is where our services come in.

Each person we engage and support will have a tailored care package to support their return to live within their local communities in a supported living setting.

We can provide accommodation for the individuals who we are supporting within the community setting.
