We work with individuals 24\/7 across two residential settings in Kidderminster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Supported Living Service delivered to individuals in their homes to maximise independence with housing-related support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based in Kidderminster, our West Midlands Supported Living Service is well located for access to local amenities and transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each person we engage with is supported and enabled to live as independently as possible, to maintain their tenancies, to manage their behaviours and to enjoy life to the full. Our approach is bespoke to each person\u2019s needs and adapts along with them.
