Strangford Supported Living Service supports adults with learning disabilities and mental ill health across two Newtownards locations: Jubilee Road and Kimberley Mews.
At Jubilee Road, individuals live in their own homes with tailored outreach-style support. Kimberley Mews provides four self-contained apartments on a single site, with flexible staffing based on individual needs.
The team promotes independent living by supporting people to:
- Develop life and social skills
- Stay connected to their communities
- Manage their health and wellbeing
The service is delivered in partnership with local Health and Social Care Trusts and Supporting People programme.
