St. Paul’s Court Supported Living is a supported accommodation service located in Lisburn, providing housing and care for adults with early-stage dementia or mild cognitive impairment. A diagnosis of dementia is not required for referral.
The service consists of 23 self-contained properties on a single site, including:
- 15 two-bedroom bungalows
- 7 one-bedroom apartments
- 1 two-bedroom apartment
Staff provide 24-hour support aimed at helping individuals live as independently as possible in their own tenancy.
Support focuses on:
- Maintaining independence
- Preventing hospital admissions
- Meeting emotional, social, physical, and practical needs
- Providing person-centred support planning
- Promoting dignity, choice, and active involvement
Referrals must come through the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust. However, enquiries are welcome to help arrange visits and provide additional information.
