Newry Bespoke Supported Living provides personalised support to adults with learning disabilities and mental ill health living in their own homes across the Newry area.
The service is designed to promote independence while offering flexible support based on individual needs, including those with complex challenges or dual diagnoses. Each person is supported to live safely and confidently within their local community.
Support includes:
- Managing daily routines and tenancies
- Maintaining health and wellbeing
- Building independent living and social skills
- Accessing local services, education, and community activities
This service is delivered in partnership with the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. Referrals are typically made by professionals such as social workers, GPs, or community mental health teams.
