Kilmorey House is a supported living service in central Newry, offering a mix of shared and individual accommodation for adults with mental health needs, including those with a forensic history, Korsakoff’s syndrome, dual diagnosis, or a learning disability.
The service includes:
- A shared group house with communal kitchen and living areas, and individual bedrooms
- A cluster of self-contained flats, each with a private kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. A communal lounge space is also available
Staff are based onsite and available 24/7, providing personalised support tailored to each person’s needs. This may include:
- Managing daily routines and wellbeing
- Building independent living skills
- Maintaining tenancies
Accessing healthcare, education or community-based activities
The service is located close to Newry town centre, with easy access to public transport, shops, and health services.
Kilmorey House is funded by the Southern Health and Social Care Trust, the Supporting People programme, and through self-funding.
