The Beechcote Supported Living Service provides tailored support to adults with a learning disability across several homes in the Craigavon area.
The service supports five individuals in a mix of shared and single-tenancy homes.
Support is personalised and flexible — ranging from a few hours a week to 24-hour care — and is designed to help each person live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
The team works closely with individuals, their families, and local health and social care professionals to develop support plans based on each person’s goals, preferences and routines.
Support may include:
- Daily living and personal care
- Building confidence and life skills
- Pursuing hobbies and community participation
- Developing independence in travel, communication and relationships
Referrals are made through local health and social care teams.
