Praxis Care supports individuals with mental ill health, autism, learning disabilities and dementia; providing innovative, professional, high quality support services to people across the spectrum of need and particularly at the higher level of complexity in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, England and the Isle of Man.

We are looking for someone with senior experience of organisational team management and learning and development to support our 1,800 strong team. Uppermost in our requirements is an authentic commitment to the cause of improving the lives of those we support.

To be considered for this role you must meet the essential criteria, which includes:

· CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent

· Minimum 7 years broad and progressive experience in human resources

· At least 4 years’ experience at senior management level within large organisations.

The salary for this role will be commensurate with the experience of the successful individual with a competitive benefits package.

Location: Belfast or Ardee (to be agreed with the successful candidate).
