We’re looking for caring staff to join our growing teams in West Midlands SLS, who will take an active role in supporting adults learning disabilities who might present behaviours that challenge. We work with individuals 24/7 across two residential settings in Kidderminster, supporting individuals in their homes to maximise independence with housing-related support.
Full-time, part-time and relief roles are available so you can get the work-life balance you need.
Whether you have family, school or other commitments, we will work with you to get you the hours you want in the time of day that suits you.
Experience isn’t essential for some roles. We provide fully paid, comprehensive training to help you get started and excel in your new role.
So whether you have years of experience behind you or are brand new to social care, we’d love to hear from you!
